On the occasion of Diwali and the New Year at Vishv Umiyadham, Jaspur, Ahmedabad, a yearly get-together was organized on Sunday to greet the organization's office bearers, esteemed donors, and workers from all associated organizations, as well as to exchange good wishes for the new year. Over 1,500 families attended the event.

On this occasion, the Vishv Umiya Foundation launched a new mobile application aimed at reaching more families in need, who can benefit from the organization’s various schemes. Through this application, users can access information about the activities of Vishv Umiyadham, chat helpline contacts established in countries like the United States, Canada, and Africa, and details of all the schemes launched by Vishv Umiyadham.

Additionally, the organization has launched a digital WhatsApp bot service to deliver various services and information to people at the grassroots level, along with the release of the VUF Brand Manual.

President of Vishv Umiya Foundation, Shri R. P. Patel, announced that various efforts have been made to encourage the financial contributions of women in the construction of the Maa Umiya temple. As part of this initiative, Mrs. Shantaben Prahaladbhai Patel (Kameshwar) has pledged a contribution of Rs. 1.25 crore, and another woman donor has placed a donation of Rs. 1 crore at the feet of Maa Umiya. In addition, five other women donors have declared contributions of Rs. 25 lakh and Rs. 11 lakh each. Thus, on a single day, a total of five crore rupees was collected from women donors. Through this Mahila Shakti Datashree Abhiyan, it is humbly requested that women from the entire community join in the Bhagirath work of Maa Umiya.

Donors have also contributed more than 50 tolas of gold and 40 kg of silver for the golden idol of Maa Umiya, which will be installed in the world's tallest Maa Umiya temple. All devotees of Sanatan Dharma are warmly welcomed to donate gold under this Suvarna Yojana.
