Quality Policy

We, at Vishv Umiya Foundation, are committed to provide primarily towards the development of social services to all communities, at national and international levels. We intend to provide quality services of global standards. In order to achieve this, we are continually improving processes and services, meeting and exceeding the community and customer satisfaction.

The policy will be achieved through the implementation, improvement and risk-based thinking. We have established a quality management system which provides a framework for objectives at various functional levels which shall be reviewed periodically in order to ensure continual improvement in offering efficient services to communities.

Quality policy is available to the public, interested parties, all employees and individuals working on the organization's command. We ensure that all are familiar with this policy and adhere to it. This policy is reviewed annually to keep it relevant and consistent.
